Jennifer Dilts joined the Office of Financial Strategy and Planning in 2008. As the Director of the Office of Financial Strategy and Planning, she oversees the multi-year financial planning and annual budget processes, including the annual tuition setting process and the University’s interim financial reporting activities.

In addition, she leads the University’s financial strategy, including annual decisions about endowment access, internal cost allocation decisions, and funding for new investments. Jennifer manages a team of ~12 and is part of the leadership team for Financial Administration. Prior to joining Harvard, she worked as a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates in Boston. Jennifer graduated from Wellesley College in 2003 and received her master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2008.
