Faisal joined the OFSP in 2022. He has a background in strategy consulting (Monitor Deloitte) and higher education (Zaytuna College & the American University in Cairo). Faisal earned his bachelor’s degree in economics & history from Yale University in 2013 and a master’s degree in international economics & international affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in 2017. In his free time, Faisal researches the political economy of Nigeria as a part-time PhD student in political science at Oxford University.
