David joined OFSP in 2018. He has over 15 years of experience in higher education finance, including seven at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Immediately before joining OFSP, he held a project-focused role in the central finance office of the University of Colorado Boulder. David holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and an M.L.A. focusing in finance from the Harvard Extension School. He and his wife live in Wellesley.
